Introduction to HHDealer's special hand history downloading software, HHLoader.
HHLoader is a free program from HHDealer. It works with their monthly subscription where you receive new datamined hand histories by email each day.
It is an alternative to getting the hand histories by email, which can be a bit cumbersome if there are a lot of them. HHLoader can download the hand histories for you, and place them in a folder you specify, where your pokertracker can import them.

Benefits of HHLoader
I really like HHLoader, since it saves me a couple of minutes each day by making it much easier to get my daily hand histories from HHDealer downloaded and imported into Holdem Manager.
Before I began using HHLoader it were a chore to go through the emails and download the hand histories each day. It meant that I didn't always get it done, which in turn caused me to miss out on some of the benefits of always having fresh hand histories, and ultimately not winning as much money as I could have.
Below are a brief outline of how I use HHLoader with Holdem Manager. The process is basically the same with Pokertracker, you just have to configure the auto import folders differently.
How To Use HHLoader
After you have downloaded HHLoader, you will need to set it up so it will work with your HHDealer subscription.
To do this you go to the Preferences tab (see the screenshot below) and type in the email address you use when ordering hand histories from HHDealer.
You also need to select a folder where you want the hand histories to be downloaded to and tick the "Unzip After Download" box.

When you are done with the configuration, you can go to the General tab and press "1) Search For New Hands". This will make HHLoader check if you have any new hand histories available for download.
If there are, they will show up in the middle panel, and you can click "2) Begin Download" to download and unpack them in the folder you chose earlier.

When HHLoader are done downloading the hands, you will need to import them into Holdem Manager (or Pokertracker). I prefer to do this by having the folder that HHLoader save the hand histories in. I use C:\Poker\Hand histories\HHDealer, but you can use whatever folder you want to.
Adding a Holdem Manager Auto Import Folder
You set an auto import folder in Holdem Manager by selecting Options>Configure Auto Import Folders in the top menu, which will make the panel shown below appear.
Adding a Holdem Manager auto import folder.
To add an auto import folder, all you have to do is to click "Add" in the lower right corner, and type in the location you want to import from.
