How to Datamine Party Poker
Some poker rooms consider datamining to be an unfair advantage.
I don't have the time to stay up to date with the changes the poker rooms make to their T&Cs, so be sure to check them yourself.

If you want to datamine Party Poker, the first thing you need is a handgrabber. There are currently 2 viable choices: Party Poker Idleminer and Free Party Hand Grabber (FPHG).
I personally prefer FPHG since it is free, however, it can be difficult to set up, since it doesn't have a "graphical user interface", which basically means that you will have to configure the program by writing text commands to it.
If you prefer something that is easy to use I recommend that you use Party Poker Idleminer. It does cost a little bit to buy, but if you are a successful player or just don't like spending time fiddling with programs it may be a good investment, since you can spend the time that you would otherwise have spent learning how FPHG on playing poker. You may also want to consider buying the hand histories instead.

Party Poker Idleminer (handgrabber)
Party Poker Idleminer is Idleminer's handgrabber for Party Poker. It is easy to use, and all you have to do in order to get started datamining, is to installing the program, press "start" and then open the tables you wish to datamine in the Party Poker poker client.

If you are an experienced dataminer, Party Poker Idleminer has a range of features that may come in handy for you. Most noticeably is the ability to automatically open and close tables according to the filters you set. This means that you can leave your computer to datamine, and the handgrabber will make sure that it is always datamining the highest amount of table possible, and give priority to those stakes and table sizes that you prefer.

I have made 2 short videos guides showing how to datamine on Party Poker using the handgrabber from Idleminer. The first video focus on helping you to get started by showing how to do basic datamining and import the hand histories afterwards.
The second video demonstrate how to set the handgrabber up, so it will datamine automatically. If you haven't datamined before, you should probably try datamining like I explain in the first video, before you move on to the method in the second video.
It will probably be a good idea download and install Idleminer Party before watching the videos, so you can follow along while watching them.

Free Party Hand Grabber
Free Party Hand Grabber or "FPHG" as it is usually called, was created by Juk of York as a free alternative to Party Poker Idleminer.
It is generally prefered by more tech savvy players, since it can do roughly the same things as Party Poker Idleminer if it is combined with SpadeEye - FPHG" provide the datamining capability and SpadeEye automatically open and close tables.
Which Handgrabber Should You Use?
It is impossible to give a definite answer to which Party Poker handgrabber are best, since they have been created for different groups of people.
The easiest way for you to decide which one to chose, would probably be to ask yourself if you would mind spending 1 hour learning how to use a handgrabber. If you wouldn't mind this, you should probably download FPHG. It probably won't take you 1 hour to get it working, since you will most likely have tried the things you need to do before.
If you would find it really annoying to spend 1 hour fiddling with a program, you should probably download Party Poker Idleminer, since it is generally easier to use.
