If you're ready to buy hand histories for Full Tilt Poker, you should buy them from Hand HQ. They're about the same in regards to coverage and price as their competition, but they have over twice as many payment options. So the process of buying hand histories will be much easier.
It should go without saying that information in poker is important. The more you have the better. When playing on larger sites such as Full Tilt Poker, you're going to be dealing with regular players more often, so it would be helpful to have this information at your disposal as fast as possible.

Now, there are several datamining sites to buy hands from. However, only two really stand out as sites worth buying from -- Hand HQ and HHDealer. The differences between these two sites are subtle, which can make choosing which one to buy from difficult. So I've written a small intro to both sites along with the pros/cons of each below.

My opinion is that Hand HQ is the best site for Full Tilt Poker hand histories. Not by much though.
They offer roughly the same coverage as HHDealer. The buy-ins they cover are 2nl to 2000nl, and the game types include limit and no limit holdem, as well as pot limit omaha.
The prices aren't that different either. Hand HQ is slightly cheaper compared to HHDealer, but that's only from the handful of packages I compared. It's going to vary and it's certainly not enough to choose one site over the other.
The biggest difference between Hand HQ and HHDealer, and the reason why I feel Hand HQ is better, is that Hand HQ has several deposit options -- twice as many as HHDealer. This will appeal to a wider group of players, as well as make for a much smoother buying experience.

HHDealer is our 2nd rated choice for Full Tilt Poker hand histories.
The price per hand is a tiny bit more expensive, but we're talking microscopic on a per hand basis and hardly noticeable on a larger scale of like 200,000 hands (roughly a $1 at 200k hands). HHDealer's hand history package is also slightly bigger, technically making the price difference even smaller.
Full Tilt coverage from HHDealer will range from .10/.20 to 500/1000. So they don't cover the micros (2nl, 5nl, 10nl) like Hand HQ, but they do cover higher levels that Hand HQ doesn't. It's hard to say if the coverage difference is substantial though. While there are more players at the micros then playing at high stakes, higher stake players are more likely to buy hand histories. So it's a wash.

But as I've mentioned above, it's not like it's by a landslide or anything. Both Hand HQ and HHDealer are solid resources for buying hand histories; you can't go wrong buying from either of them.
