Entraction is a small poker network, and it has only recently become possible to buy hand histories from there. Many people also call the network for the 24H Poker network, since the company that own the network has their own site called 24H Poker.
The network were formerly known as B2B, but changed their name to Entraction in late 2007. Even though that was 4 years ago, many players still call the network B2B, which can be a bit confusing if you have just moved to the site.

I'm not sure for how long I have been using Hand HQ, but it's got to be at least a couple years. First I used them when I was playing, then I used them so that I can write reviews and articles for this site.
When I have bought hand histories from Hand HQ, they have always delivered them very fast. I timed it when writing an article about their service and it took them 50 minutes from payment to delivery, which is quite impressive considering the logistics involved. Their prices are impressive too. From the small sample I've reviewed, they're +20% cheaper than Hand-Histories.com when buying in bulk.
I haven't spent much time with their support, since I have never had a problem with their service. I have, however, asked them a couple of questions about the hand histories they are selling, and have always gotten an answer back within 24 hours (usually much faster).

Hand-Histories.com is my second recommendation for Entraction hand histories. In fact, they're the only other option you have in addition to Hand HQ.
My experience with Hand-Histories.com has been a positive one. I purchased hands from them for the purpose of writing an article and had my hands within 15 minutes. What I liked about Hand-Histories.com was that you could buy multiple packages and never receive the same hands twice.
Another benefit to buying from Hand-Histories.com is their subscription service. This is a better way to go if you're in need of fresh hands regularly. It's more cost effective too, as it can cost 1/4 to 1/2 as much than it does when buying in bulk. It'll be more cost effective than buying through Hand HQ too, seeing as how buying in bulk (from Hand-Histories.com) will cost you 20% more (than Hand HQ).
